I bought a phone from this store, it wind be defective and went back after 3rd day of having it,but was told manager wasn't in and she wasn't sure what was up with the phone.so I went back repeatedly but he's always in the Slidell store so after 2 weeks time I finally get him on phone from the Kenner store because he ignored my number and he told me oh well now it's after 7days so I'm not going to warranty it anymore.i got boost corporate on phone with him and she said it was unexceptable and he must honor it..he flat out told us both no because he doesn't want to have to come out of pocket for his mistake.when I told him it wasn't fair to me he said ,oh well.
