While the rest of Esplanade Mall may be in rough shape, the Bath & Body Works here is well-stocked and full of friendly, helpful, knowledgeable workers.

Store Manager is extremely unprofessional! Talks about employees infront of customers (everyone) and she hires friends to be managers but they have no idea how to do their jobs. Literally nothing but a cult, and horrible energy at this store. They don't know how to let you shop in peace, or just leave you alone at all. Follow you around and harass customers bc that's their policy. It's disgusting and horrible values. Also, no, I am not a disgruntled employee. They think that their store is special and they don't have to follow protocol along with other stores and EXTREMELY unorganized. Take your business to Elmwood, or well.....anywhere else.
