I had a flat tireon I-10 at 6:30 on Saturday morning . So I left my car to go get another tire and I came back an hour later my car was gone. My car was in a safe and good zone so I didn't understand why it was towed. I was nine months pregnant and my baby shower was the next day, I was calling everywhere and I even called them and they told me my car wasn't there but a week later saying they have my car and it's gonna be 450 to Get my car out. When I got there I asked them why my car was towed and they said they dotd called then but a state police signature was on there. I called the state boys to find the name and they don't have nobody that name. SoThey would take yo car and forge a signature of authority

Had a very pleasant experience with the gentleman that towed my vehicle. The girl that waited on me so that I could release my vehicle was very friendly and helpful. I know it's a junk yard for vehicles, but she definitely needs a better structure and conditions to work in.

They advertise to be open 24/7 but apparently only answer at night if the state police call them. Don't advertise 24/7 operations when you're literally closed to the public at night. We called several times and never got an answer. The state police called for us and had someone there in 45 minutes. Not good customer service when two women are stranded for hours while you're falsely claiming 24/7 service. On a better note, they do know their business when it comes to proper towing!
