Just a feedback for Manny the manager at the Williams AZ in Kenner and for his superiors too. Sat I stopped by to let him know about my issue with no tail lights following the splicing of wires into a new pigtail connector for the passenger side tail light (assembly). I also let him know of the "service vehicle soon" warning light that came on at the same time as the apparent short. Although in the past he was very helpful and polite, this time he was quite rude and also way off base with his suggestions etc. He immediately dismissed that the service vehicle soon light had anything to do with issue I was having and he said it was a "coincidence" even though I told him it was the first time it had ever come on in my car and no it was not at all about an oil change reminder etc as he was insisting. He also without scanning anything or even listening to anything or even coming out to see anything at all continued to repeat more nonsense about it being a big electrical problem with wiring etc and he even for whatever reason pulled up a replacement light switch for my car even though it had nothing to do with the issue either! Bottom line: the parking fuse went bad from the short and the relay too needed to be replaced along with the faulty circuit board for the tail lights. That's all. Everything worked right away. So, Manny the "manager," it was a simple fix and it was NOT the switch or any "complex wiring issue" you were continuing to talk nonsense about and in a very arrogant and rude manner too! And yes Manny the "manager," of course as I said, the "service vehicle soon" light immediately turned off when the problems were corrected! Still think it's a "coincidence" Many?? At any rate, Manny walked away a few times while I was speaking to him on Saturday, said things I couldn't even hear, talked over me rudely about nonsense anyway and then simply left our conversation altogether and went in the back! I wonder what Manny the "manager" would have to say about the issue now (after the fact). Of course, an apology would be nice. That certainly shouldn't be how a "manager" behaves and it's this kind of bad attitude on top of incompetence which chase more and more customers away to your competitors like Advance, NAPA, and O'Reilly's etc.. I just think it's important to share this "feedback" directly with Manny the "manager" AND also with his superiors at AutoZone. Hopefully, other customers won't have the experience as I unfortunately did on Saturday with Manny the "manager." Thank you.

This is the worst AutoZone I’ve ever been too. The customer service is really bad, there is probably only one employee who wants to help and be kind. The rest of them always have an attitude, it feels like they’re being force to work there.

If I could give a zero, I would. The staff had no idea what they were doing. I had to wait in line 3 separate times while trying to replace a battery. Then, when I got back to the front, they were out of stock. So frustrating!

Evan, Jermaine and Nicole were all helpful! Tested my battery, gave me available options for a reply and replaced it on the spot!Total time was about 30 minutes which is much quicker than going to a car shop!

We always come here for our car needs but I bought the wrong ac pro item, my mechanic said it was the wrong one so I brought the one I bought to return, brand new new never used and this woman with really bad attitude said she couldn't received it because it was used and IT WASN'T she obviously can't tell from a empty can to a full can.. spend $65 on something i never user..

They were able to help me save money. They were my angels,my saving grace on my road to an important events. AutoZone will always be my 1st choice

The online chat to verify that your part is in stock at the store your going to use. IS A COMPLETE FAILURE OBVIOUSLY your not speaking to an actual on site employee. A simple 1/2 x 31 vbelt easy part to sell . they tkld me yes they have one. My visit with Autozone staff was magnificent. I had a dead battery, and not only was the car not starting, but my car was locked. He opened my door, replaced my battery, and installed it all in one. I was very pleased with the service I received. I recommend the Autozone Auto parts on 3404 Williams Blvd Kenner La, 70065.

Worst most unhelpful autozone you’ll ever visit. Been here time after time and they always disappoint. If you want good service go to the one in laplace.
