First time I got 1 tire fixed,quick service,all guys were polite.On Aug.30,2024 I had a flat, called got quick quote on phone, employee said come soon ,not too busy. I went after getting air. I bought 4 tires better to be safe!! Well pleased they got crazy busy due to Labor Day travelers. I was serviced in a timely manner. Workers were very polite, and explained everything. “I visited their repair shop today to have my brakes serviced. I have drum brakes in the rear of my Honda Civic, which is more of a complex and expensive job to complete. They were honest about the work that needed to be done, time it would take and cost. I know they could have charged me more, but they are VERY fair and honorable. It can be daunting to visit a repair shop alone as a woman, but I felt right at home. The owners treated me like family. The service, cost and customer service were top tier. I will be bringing my vehicle (and my mom's) here again. Thank you!”

“I can not recommend this place enough. The staff here is so professional and friendly. Their work is very high quality, it absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. Not to mention how quickly they got it done. They told us it should take until the beginning of the next week for the car to be finished and we told them we were in a bit of a time crunch with trying to trade it in to buy a new car so if there was anyway we could get it done any faster it would be appreciated. They got it done in 4 business days with the Fourth of July holiday being in the week. Absolutely amazing customer service and quality work, we were blown away. For any future repairs we may need we will be coming back.”

“My truck recently broke down on my way to work and I had it towed to Jack's because his shop was the closest shop around. I knew nothing about his work other than a Google search, but I am glad I did. He was quick and honest. He told me what was wrong and how much it would cost in parts and labor. He also warned me of other possible issues but assured me he would keep me updated if those were needed. Fortunately there were no other problems.When I picked it up, he also alerted me to potential problems to look out for. No one wants to NEED a vehicle worked on, but I cannot recommend Jack and his crew any more highly!”
“Took my 2004 Tacoma in to get lifted 2.5". Kieth was very professional and suggested the parts I found online. He knows his stuff. Truck is high enough now to prevent wheel well rubbing. Will need to get alignment after 500 miles. Need suspension break in first.”
