I DO NOT Recommend d!!! First the business has no visible sign, so you may pass it. Do not expect prompt or courteous service. Basically a one man show, parking lot is overcrowded and tight. Park yourself and walk to locked office. If he is there you will fill out additional paperwork even though your reservation was done on line. Very 1990. Took forever to get to the airport waiting on this one man to check in other customers so he can load you up in the one mini van and deliver you to the terminal. Return was no better, had to call for shuttle and wait almost 30 minutes after an all night flight.

I had a reservation for parking. The QR code would not scan at the gate. I saw nothing saying to call for help and had cars behind me. I pulled a ticket and even went back after I parked to see if I could scan the code or what to do. I called the office from the terminal when I went in to see what to do or if I should cancel my reservation. I was told I could not cancel the reservation and I should explain the situation to the gate when I leave. I told the woman at the gate when I went to leave and she got angry and told me there was nothing she could do. She gave me an email address and phone number to get it straight. I paid the $100 and contacted the phone number. The woman on the phone said that it was my fault and I just had to pay twice. There was nothing they could do. This is not my fault! They need to either fix the scanners or send a code that works in the first place. Its not reasonable to expect that when you are trying to catch a flight and have cars in line behind you that to attempt to figure out who the heck to call and sit there and wait at the gate. I saw nothing that said to call for help. Its it possible I missed it, maybe, but I feel sure I would have seen it when I walked back up. I understand that my reservation holds a spot, that's why I called from the terminal. All I was told was I couldn't cancel my reservation. If this was a $20 parking charge, maybe Id get over it but this was $102 charged for the reservation and $100 at the gate. Basically I was told "tuff luck".

If I could give this place negative stars I would! This is the most unprofessional trifling airport parking ever! Use US Park because this place only has ONE Sienna to get you to and from the airport. & I hope you don't need help loading your bags into the van because you will be sh*t out of luck. You have to wait almost 40 minutes to get to the airport if there is someone before for you. When you arrive to new orleans that's another 30 minute wait to be picked up. Parking is so packed and one of the drivers has the nastiest attitude ever ! I'm upset I had to give them one star because they don't deserve any!

My flight was cancelled yesterday. I attempted to cancel my reservation on their webiste, but the website was not operational. I called the phone number on the website. I was told that I would have to wait till it got fixed but that I needed to cancel the reservation. I emailed the customer service folks, twice and the conversation was much the same. This is not right. I will be disputing any charges made to my card. But......I just now got an email after multiple attempts informing me that my reservation had been cancelled and no charges will be made.

Very poor service for the parking garage and in customer service. They work to squeeze every penny out of you that they can get, even if it's dishonest. We pre-paid for parking for several days and got double charged for those days because we pulled a ticket at check in as well. when we tried to show that we had already paid for the dates we arrived and left, we were told we had to pay a second time or face charges and we could try to ask for a refund through customer service. when addressed with CS, they denied refunding although we had solid proof in the form of tickets for enter and exit dates as well as our prepaid ticket. I would not recommend pre-paying for the reserved ticket space because of this. Overall, a disappointing company. We could have paid for closer parking for the price. Shuttle service was just okay.

DO NOT pre pay for the parking online. It DID NOT save any money, and actually cost more because of the transaction fee. I accidentally pulled a ticket on top of prepaying online and when we got back I realized the mistake I had made. I was given an email to send both receipts paid to so that I could get one refunded (didnt see the point of double paying for parking). I was emailed back and told they wouldn't refund anything and that it very clear on not pulling a ticket. I was disappointed that they did not work with me more because I genuinely tried and had plenty of paperwork supporting my case.

Aside from the cheap price, this is a horrible place. I came back from my flight to seeing missing paint along my whole back bumper as if someone rear ended me. This was a rental car, so I had pictures of what the vehicle looked like when I first got possession of it for liability. So, I immediately pulled up the picture just in case I was wrong and low abs behold, the bumper was in perfect condition before. The man there refused to do anything about it, no footage of the culprit, no information, tag, or nothing. He was also rude as polite as I was. Do not go here. It's a joke.

LIARS!!! The shuttle does NOT run every 15 minutes. When we arrived their one and only MINIVAN was being loaded by others. The driver came to us and said he had to bring these people to the airport then come back to shuttle us. When I said that would be more than 15 minutes he said "not the way I drive." We waited 28 minutes for him to return and subsequently missed the cutoff for luggage checkin, thus missed our 5 a.m. flight. At the writing of this review, we are still at our connecting city and one of us is ON STANDBY to get to our destination, all because of their false advertisement. How companies don't care about customer service nowadays never ceases to amaze me.

I feel like this location is not given a chance. This is the former short term parking when the old airport was in more use. I found it easy to park. Coming down the stairs, I was pleasantly surprised when I could check my bag there, and it would make it to my flight(s) and final destination, which turned out to be true. Of course it is a bit beyond where you would want to walk to the terminal. I have not been to many major airports where the long term parking are close to the terminal. The shuttle was quick both ways to and from the airport. It was $12 a day for parking, which is really a reasonable cost as the day I left, UBER prices were surging due to Mardi Gras, and the day I came back, it was near midnight, and prices were surging. I will park here again if needed. Be kind to the attendants. They deal with a lot of people, and some can be grumpy due to travel issues.

I would NOT recommend this service to anyone!! I made reservations online and had a confirming email. When my husband and I arrived at the lot at approximately 5:00 am for a 6:30 am flight, the lot was dark, cars were jammed in the lot as well as cars parked on Airline Highway and along a canal. I walked to the office area, spoke to the attendant only to be told that the lot was full and he could not honor my reservation. We were left with trying to find a different parking lot In a very short time. We were lucky enough to get a space at another parking lot and barely make our flight. THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PARKING SERVICE EITHER!!

I had booked in advance through AirPortParkingReservations.com with a $15.99 advance deposit to ensure I would be able to find parking the day before Thanksgiving. Showed up and called the number on the door which went to the driver, he said someone would be with me shortly or he would be back in about 15 minutes -- so I'm already starting to get nervous because of how full the lot appears to be. About 10 minutes later a man is putting cones in front of the entry and says the following to me after I showed him my reservation paperwork: "Sir, I know you have reservation...but we are full." So clearly this POS doesn't even know what the word "reservation" means, and I'm in complete shock thinking I'm going to miss my holiday flight. It was exactly like this Seinfeld episode, except with much more swearing: Long story short...I get notice from the 3rd party reservation company that NOLA Airport Parking is not honoring their commitments (during the holidays, I'll remind you). Probably they just couldn't resist the sure thing of demand that morning at their location in preference to holding space open for the people with reservations. So save yourself an encounter with the human garbage that owns this lot and take all of your business to the Hilton next door, it's worth a couple extra bucks to be treated like a human being. Hilton even gave me a discount after I told them what happened, I made my flight, and all was well. Just had to vent my spleen and make sure the word got out.

We showed up to drop our car off and called the number posted on the door. The man who answered the phone was very rude. He told us to stand at the door and someone would see us and help us. Come to find out, there was no one there. He had gone on a coffee run, which put us behind schedule. Then as he was driving us to the airport, he started dozing off to sleep! I liked the lady we rented the car from, but wont use that company again because of the process to return the car.

If no stars was an option I would have done that. The 'shuttle' service is a bad joke. Park anywhere but here if you expect to get back to your car.

Got lucky only charged $10 more than posted rate ,woman in front of me overcharged $20 & no one in authority to correct
