Eric is amazing! We unfortunately needed a towing service last night around 1 am. Our AAA service failed on us and we can’t find anyone to help us in the middle of nowhere! Eric is willing to come to tow our car in the middle of the night and help us solve the issue!

I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to be told they don’t have any trucks available nor did she say well let’s get your information so we can give you a callback once we have a truck available. Very poor customer service.
