Without a doubt, Mendoza Ford has been the best car buying experience EVER!
They went above and beyond to help me out when I was put in a situation of having to purchase a new vehicle unexpectedly.
A HUGE thank you to Baylie who was extremely patient and worked with me for an entire week to make sure I was comfortable buying a new car that was right for me - highly recommend to contact her when looking to buy.
Another HUGE, HUGE thank you to the WHOLE service department, but especially Kim! Over the course of a month of my vehicle being in the shop, she was so transparent and communicated with me on what work needed to be done & guided me along the way. Thank you again Kim for putting up with me.
And to the mechanic in the service department, I know that the condition of my car was not an easy task and took a lot of your time, but also owe you a HUGE thank you!
Also, thank you to Danielle - the service department manger for taking the time to provide me with the information I needed regarding my repairs. I sure do appreciate it.
