Got to the bank 10 minutes before closing and 2 employees were waiting on a customer that was sending a wire transfer. Rather than interrupt, I waited about 5 feet behind the customer. The manager Britney walked over to WM customer service with the 3 other guys that were with the customer that was being waited on. The teller Nichole takes the whiteboard sign and puts it up in the entrance while I'm waiting. So I wait a few more minutes and Britney returns so I step forward and ask if 1 of them could wait on me while the other finished up. Nichole tells me that they were closed. I explained that I had been waiting to be helped and she flat out refused to help me. I tried to speak to Britney but all she would say was that she didn't have money to help me. I explained that I only needed a money order to which Nichole replied telling me to go to WM customer service. I needed to pull the money from my account to make the transaction and she cuts me off and points at the ATM and tells me to pull the funds from there. I then told her that I would like to be helped because I had been waiting 10 minutes and I directly asked her if she was going to do my transaction. She rolled her eye, gave me a dirty look, and refused. I asked for the district manager contact info and Britney told me to call the 800 number. This bank is normally slow and unprofessional but I have not been disrespected before tonight. We have multiple accounts with this bank for several years and not 1 overdraft ever. I expect to be treated better than Nichole treated me. She was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful to say the least. I have wanted to leave the bank for a while because it's inconvenient to have to go inside of WM every time I need something. This was the icing on the cake. I will close all of my accounts as soon as possible. Customer service is a must when you are dealing with my money and I refuse to be treated so poorly.

Always great customer service no matter what branch i have been to. Originally opened my account in Texas and moved to La, always very helpful. Any issues I have had they took care of immediately.

Terrible customer service. They will only help you if you have an account. So if you’re from out of town like I am, you’re out of luck. They wouldn’t even make change for me. Awful.

I have been banking with Woodforest for 4-5yrs they have great customer service and they take time with each customer to ensure all customers needs r met.

Hardly ever busy and great service instore... however they never answer the phone. With them not being a busy location, it shouldn't be an issue.
