I had my put in my prescription order to refilled Thurs. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it filled because another pharmacy filled it. I asked for them to cancel the other pharmacy and was told they could fill it in an hr. Unfortunately I couldn't wait bc I was on my way to work and said I would pick up tomorrow.
Well when I went to pick up the next day. I was told they didn't have my prescription and wouldn't be able to fill it til Monday! So from Thursday to now Monday I will be without my medicine!
The fact you are told your medication would be ready and it's Not is a huge problem!

I needed a photo printed into a collage. I did one and went back to pick it up and it was not what I wanted. The lady that worked that morning seen the look on my face she asked another employee Tina if she could help me because when I would come back she would be off. I came back later after work and Tina helped me. Both of these ladies left me with the best experiences ever as a customer. Thank you both for being so patience and understanding. I really would send anyone to you guys for help. Thank you

I was able to use my OTC Card and find all otc items easily. They haveOtc items labeled throughout the store so you can find what you're looking for and you don't have to buy just their brand.

Definitely one of the cleanest and friendliest Walgreen's I've ever used! The only time they are busy is for the pharmacy which is only half the time. Using their rewards system can help a ton if you shop here often look into it!

Stopped for some drinks and snacks off the highway. We all went to the bathrooms and let me tell you, filthy. The walls have feces splatters, yellow (presumably urine stains), tar looking grout, the toilet seat is falling off in the handicap stall, the sinks are BLACK with dirt, and the floors are slippery. My child couldn't use the restroom alone, as she was too short to reach the toilet paper which is mounted at like 4 foot. It was disgusting. And this is a place we trust for keeping us healthy with prescriptions, health clinic, and medicines? Wow.

Ordered pictures online...had them sent to the photo department. Picked them up and got home...(should have counted them there...my bad!)...missing 26 of my photos that I paid for.Called the store ...lady "looked into it" and said they dont know what happened or where they're at. Refused to even help more. Asked for a manager and she hung up on me. Wont be going back to the one in Jennings

Got my two Covid shots here. It was easy to book an appointment. Information and reminders about the appointments were good two. Was in and out there in about 15 minutes.

I'm visiting family from Houston. Simply went in to purchase a few essentials. Stood at the check out counter for about 3 minutes with no help. There were about 3 employees at the photo counter who all seemed busy helping 2 people. I would have walked over to ask for help but one employee looked at me multiple times with no acknowledgement of my waiting. I've never had to beg for service and don't intend to start now. I left what I had and went to CVS. They were happy to help!

The Cashier named Tina ran from behind the counter and rudely told someone she would not check me out cause she had personal things against me and my family. This was poor customer service and very unprofessional. I only go in to buy things very seldom now because of her rude and disrespectful attitude. I hope this is not how she treats all customers. No customer service!!

Never have our meds on hand. Takes a week before it comes in. Dont alert when the meds come in or when they are ready. Phone calls are put on hold for 30mins or longer. It's a Horrible pharmacy systems!
