I had my fiance and son get hair cuts. We were we're promptly served and service was courteous the entire time but when we were finishing up there were some fixes that needed to be made. The employees seemed as though they were more interested in leaving work on time than fixing my son's hair which will now have to be fixed elsewhere.

This person should not have been cutting hair at a salon!!
Requested style: Husband told her a high and tight and she obviously didnt know what that was and so he showed her a fade and she said she couldn't do that either. So he just went with the high and tight but she wasn't doing it. He didn't tell her to cut anymore off because it was obvious that she did not know what she was doing. She asked my husband what length guard he wanted her to use. Shouldn't that be her determination based on the length and style requested? My grandson's hair is horrible. There are spots that still have longer hair. He didn't get the cut he wanted. My husband felt it best just to have her do what she did and get out of there before she made it worse and now we have to pay someone else to fix her crap job!!

I always enjoy going and getting my hair cut and sometimes having my hair washed. The Lady was really nice and she made me feel pretty.
Requested style: My oldest sister gets her hair washed and cut when she goes to the Jennings Smartstyle too.

She did a wonerful job!! We came in with my granddaughters hair extremely matted under her neck area & I knew we'd have to go short but our stylest took the time & tried her best to get the tangles out, and in my opinion she went far beyond our expectations!!! The haircut she gave my granddaughter came out really cute. Our stylist was so patient & personable. She deserves a raise, especially as she is the one & only stylist & doing it all!
Stylist: I dont remember her name but she is the ONLY stylist in the Jennings walmart & was absolutely awesome!!

This place is horrible! Always late opening! Can’t book online! No one answers the phone! If you walk in they tell you they have upcoming appointments and can’t take you even though all three of them are sitting down doing nothing but playing on their phones! Pitiful!
