I have nothing but positive experiences when I take my car here for any little repair that *HAS to get completed. These guys are always honest, never repairing unnecessary things to make extra cash from me or anyone else. These guys, every time I visit here, I see so many others stop by with their vehicles asking questions about repairs giving me more of the idea that this is one of the best places in town to bring your vehicle to!

Old man Chicks is good for an inspection sticker. Though don't get your vehicle fixed there. The mechanic replaced a part(coil) with a used one and said that was the issue. Gave me a lame excuse why it was still running bad. Got about 5miles away and had to get it towed home the rest of the way.Very disappointed.Service: Electrical

Unfortunately I don't take pleasure in leaving bad reviews, however with this poor of an interaction I must say something. I went to get an inspection, I even called before arriving to assure they had stickers available and was informed that they would be closing in 3 minutes but to come on by for just the inspection. Upon arrival the elderly gentleman behind the desk was unpleasant and unhappy about my being there and began to rush me. He then asked to check my tint on the front windows, thinking they were to dark and illegal, which they are legal. After checking the tint and finding it to be legal, he then asked for my paperwork and raised a fuss due to my insurance cards being digital through my app and began to try to tell me that it is illegal to not have paper copy in the vehicle as well as fuss about the old sticker not being on display due to it coming off months ago. At this point I proceeded to leave and informed him that I didn't want to waste his time and would seek service elsewhere, he was very displeased and walked away cursing. I will not return to this business or ever recommend them. I recommend south side auto.
