I arrived at Triangle Pharmacy and I was refused service after I verbally spoke with someone letting them know I was headed there. Whenever I arrived, the staff locked the doors, close the blinds and turned off the lights. The following day my sister prescription was given to another client that she did not authorize or know anything about—-now she is without her medicine (going on two weeks now) from this careless, senseless, malpractice error. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Me and my family have been going here for years since I was a little girl and I’ve never been treated this unfair and poorly until these new owners took over. All 3 of my experiences I’ve encountered here as been horrible, but this one is by far the worse and it’s sad to say these are the ones that people trust with their health and life, front-line pharmacists who practise daily in a pharmacy setting, but yet lack patient advocacy, effective communication, interpersonal relationship and demonstrates malpractice. Providing quality care of patients as a pharmacist cannot succeed in the absence of patient advocacy. There was no extra steps to ensure that me as a patient had everything I needed to achieve my desired outcomes with my medications. Once I finally received my medicine the following day no medication guide was provided to me, clear instructions including how to take them, what reactions may occur etc.Based solely on these concrete facts, my experiences, and my sister experience, I will no longer be using Triangle Pharmacy service and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. This pharmacy lacks in many areas and I would hope that these issues/concerns gets addressed immediately and properly not just for me, but most importantly for the local community safety and future.

Very friendly and all have great attitudes was there from out of town and they were the only pharmacy that would fill my medications

They're way too busy to bother with questions for customers. How rude is it to tell a customer that you don't have time to answer a question? There are several workers in your store and no one offered to help. I pray you take time for your customers in the future bc it reflects on your business.
