I can't say enough about how nice and pleasant it was getting an oil change and tire rotation and i never thought i would ever say something like that. LOLThe whole crew helped me out, they were allextremely nice, knowledgeable and so very helpful when I asked questions about my SUV. They showed me things that I needed to know about my vehicle that no one who serviced my car before ever bothered to tell me. They checked my battery, lights, lots of other car stuff that I know nothing about. I truly feel like they cared and I know they did. What a wonderful feeling.I recommend going to Valvoline and seeing Noah, Jay, Bri and Christina.The shop was so clean. They had everything they needed for my car within reach and they weren't rushed to get me in and out.I will be going there every time I need an oil change. They are also so conveniently located right in the neighborhood! Close to Ochsner Main Building. They don't only do oil changes and tire rotations so go check them out!

This location had only 2 techs working which made the wait incredibly long. During the service, one tech in particular kept fussing of unfair scheduling, lack of bathroom breaks, etc which I completely understand however I shouldn't have to hear about it though. Furthermore, I had to wait almost an hour due to them not having the oil my car needed, I was not made aware of this until after the oil was drained from car. Valvoline is the only place I have my oil changes done but this location is a NO GO!

Courteous and professional. They give a good once over of the car. They are honest about whats going on and don't try to force anything on you. 10 minutes in and out. Thanks to Bri and the rest of the staff for a quick and easy experience! I'll be back when the oil light comes back on!
