The water in Orleans parish has so many chemicals in it to make it drinkable, that it has the ph level of pool water. You can even smell the chlorine in water! With that being said, Torres Water Company installed a whole house water softener / filtration unit to remove the added chemicals from the water department. We were having issues with calcium buildup in the shower, ice maker water valves becoming clogged, and my kids having issues with ezcema flare ups. But NO MORE ISSUES! Fantastic company with great people!

Today is Thanksgiving. And as I lay back in my parent’s recliner to take my annual post turkey stretchy pants nap, there’s one main thing that keeps coming to mind that I’m most thankful for… My wife? Nope. My kids? Nope again. My pure filtered reverse osmosis high pH alkaline water from Torres Water Company? Bingo! Thank you from the bottom of my healthy and hydrated heart.
