“My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!”

“Very good customer service, I went there for an oil change I was involved in a car accident that left my passenger side door not opening, and the man i think either Brian or Dylan helped fix that problem to where I was able to leave there with my passenger door opening and closing, and also took the tire marks off my car I truly did enjoy my first time experience there, and would highly recommended this place to people and they also give out free snowballs when you getting a service there.”

“The guys at Gene's Auto Care are some of the best in the business. They take good care of their customers, let them know of things that may need to be replaced in the future and will be up front about their pricing and parts. That doesn't even match how fast a turn around time there is. I dropped my Rogue off for brakes first thing in the morning and by noon they were finished. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for as long as they are in business.”

The first person I encountered was the seemed genuinely happy to help me. He explained what they were doing and what new filters, coolant, etc that I may need. I was very impressed with his help with my tiers reading low pressure because of the cold weather. He added a little air to each tire and the light went off!
It seems that someone in the other car was using profanity. I’m hearing impaired and didn’t hear it but one of the other workers apologized for the other customer’s behavior. I cannot say enough about how nice and professional these guys were!”

“Went there on Nov. 4, 2024, with a bad oil leak, where I needed to put oil or fill up every time I needed to drive somewhere.
Went to Firestone, and they told me it was a Main Rear Seal leak. Google estimated about $1000 fix.
They took it the same day. Price was spot on.
Picked it up the next day; the total was a little over $1200 bc they also replaced my oil sensor, which had gone out.
It's the 23rd now, and I've had no issues.
Love a shop that actually fixes the issue the first time.
