Don't waist your time or money. These people are unreliable. I contacted them about a month out from my surgery. The lady said that the rental fee's would be to much and to wait a few days prior. I asked if they would contact me and she said yes. They didn't. I called again and arranged to have a Knee scooter delivered to my wife's work in Mandeville (I live in Poplarville, Ms.) a couple days prior to my foot surgery. They failed to do so. After calling to find out why I was met with unacceptable excuses and wound up having to get one from a store in Covington days after the surgery. They are unreliable and unprofessional You'll be better off with someone else. A good house cleaning is in order for them.

I initially had some difficulty getting my supplies started until I received a call from an incredibly helpful manager. Supplies showed up the next day! Looking forward to adding sone stars to this review!

This visit was absolutely incredible. A 180° turnaround from my previous. Heather is awesome, spectacular, personable, knowledgeable, and wonderful on top of all that. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I needed a new CPAP machine. The entire process was in the beginning very frustrating. That WAS the case UNTIL had the pleasure of speaking with Shirley.She went well over and above to help me (given some special circumstances) so that I would be able to be evaluated by a respiratory therapist ASAP.Then my appointment was arranged with Brandy. Ms. Brandy called me because she had no new machines on site. Again, I explained my circumstance. She then asked me to give her 10-15 minutes and she would call me back.True to her word, in less than 10 minutes she called stating she was having someone from another location bring her a new machine! I was actually floored by her solution to my problem. (Plus her willingness to do it.)I feel BOTH Ms. Shirley AND Ms. Brandy far exceeded their job requirements to help facilitate my getting evaluated for, plus providing my machine. I am totally grateful for both of them!

Pleasant environment filled with all types of medical aids. Staff are friendly and efficient. Choices are provided from range of equipment to find what works best for you. I was fitted for my choice and taught how to use it. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Unbelievable customer service, everyone is so nice, but more importantly, they are competent and focused on assisting the patient. Would not want to go anywhere else. Great five star experience!

Courtney at Ochsner Total Health Solutions was very helpful. I slept with my cpap machine for the first time. I'm pretty the mask was on correctly, lol. I slept really great. Tonight should be 100 % better. I'm just learning, so it'll be trial and error.

The representative was extremely kind and thorough. The representative showed me how to use the CPAP and answered all my questions. The representative made sure I understand the process as well relating to follow up requirements and insurance requirements.

I think her name was Brandy McClay. She talked down to me. She constantly interrupted me after asking me questions. She kept interrupting me after I asked her to please stop interrupting me.She was an extremely aggressive "no-it all". I dread to have to deal with her again. She was very rude!

Dr. Lauren Davis is a genuine and uniquely qualified physician in her discipline. All of her advice and treatment regimens have always benefitted me. I have seen her for 20 years now, and would recommend her and Ochsner to anyone.

The call system is maddening. You have to sit through a minute-long message about the Phillips CPAP machine recalls, whether you're calling about CPAP or not, before you can get to the main menu. Then, as soon as the agent answered, the system cut me off and booted me into the Customer Experience survey. So I had to call back and sit through the minute-long Phillips speech again, which was the 3rd time today. How about starting off with "If you're calling about the Phillips CPAP recall, press X" and let the rest of us get on with our lives?

I had a 1:00 appointment and waited about an additional 2 hours. I was to see Mr Taylor he never called me someone else called you never gave their name and did roll me to The back see we've been busy I said I've seen the waiting room empty three or four times he'll never calling me she pushed me in the back knock my soul foot twice never said I'm sorry she had a bad attitude so waiting all that time and that bad attitude I give the experience a zero I won't even give it aone

My visit to Total Health Solutions was extremely bad! The staff was rude and unprofessional. The person (Sheila) I was to meet with spoke to me in a very indignant manner and blamed and complained that Ochsner flis constantly sending patients to their facility without the information in the system. She continued to direct her anger toward Ochsner as well as myself. I would recommend, as a patient, that Ochsner not send patients to Total Health Solutions.

Went in to receive a CPAP machine. The Team was prompt and very professional. They were very thorough in explaining everything about the machine that I needed to know. I left there feeling confident that I could properly and effectively operate my CPAP machine. I would recommend them 100 percent of the time. Thank you guys
