Dreka, who works in paint really made a stressful experience less hectic.
She was very patient and understanding as we navigated through our paint selection. I truly felt heard. We just bought a house and we will definitely be back as we work on more painting projects just for Dreka

I realized shoplifting must be a big problem at this store because the customer service rather follow you around the store than ask are you finding everything ok. That is a major problem. Acknowledge the customer first. Second, ask the customer what are they looking for. Third, assist customers to send them to the correct area they are looking for. They were busy following than assisting.

Well, I found a Freezer online and paid for it. It showed that the Jefferson Hwy location had 1. When I went to get it, after the site said it would be ready in 3 hrs, I got there and was told that they are not in stock. The sales associates there were absolutely no help and were unwilling to help me. After fighting with their customer service line, they just gave me the run around. I ended up buying a larger freezer for cheaper than what Lowe's offered. Now I have to wait up to 10 days to get my refund.
This will be the last time I do business with Lowe's Hardware.

Call to ask a very simple question. The representative on the phone cannot answer it and said she had to get her supervisor. I was on hold for another 10 minutes before they hung up on me. Horrible service.
