I am white the black lady working told me a 65 y.o. woman I had to bring my purse back to car as I was going back in door 2 separate BLACK lady's with bigger purse then I went in not ask to do the same I asked the girl why she would not answer me. The way I see it now blacks ask for what they have brought on themselves black lives do NOT matter to me and a lot more now. I never felt of blacks this way all my life look what the blacks have done as far as I think of them now no mercy it took 1 black prejudice girl from old met. Family dollar on Jeff. Hwy to change my mind so no mercy on none of them from me.

This is really a good store, it is always stocked and the employees are really nice. It is a huge step up from three years ago when they had the worst people working there. Great job!

I have been shopping here for over20yrs&never seen it in this much of a mess! Customers can barely go down aisle for all the merchandise in the way.Prices on shelf not what is charged at checkout. No baskets to use,cannot get heavy items.It is sad to see this all happen to this little neighborhood store

Store seems to have done a complete turn around. What was once an unfriendly and quite messy store is now very clean, organized, and most of all, the staff is very helpful. I'm very impressed by the new management and amazing transformation of this store. Thank you, especially appreciative of the Store Manager Sharon for making such a big difference!!!!

Boxes and stock carts blocking half the aisles. Place was a total mess. They may have had what I wanted, but how could I tell? Hands down the worst "dollar" store I've ever been in.

On my way through town i decided to stop to see if there was an ethernet cable at the local family dollar. Apon arriving I was loudly approached by an employee about a purse that was a christmas present...namingly vera Bradley. And was told I had to leave it at the front of the store as he called it a backpack. I replied it was not a backpack abd I had no intention of stealibg from tge store...he then proceeded to tell me that i would he subject to search upon my leaving should i proceed further intp the store. I have never felt so disrespected. I will not ever be back.
