The facility at the Jefferson location is very well managed. It is very clean, and carts are widely available for use. The office staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly.

Climate controlled and polite staff. A little pricey and only open until 9pm most days, closed on holidays and Sundays, according to their website. Owner's comment is false.

We showed up as they were closing and the owner was so nice he came back inside and set up our unit for us. He was really funny and straightforward about the whole thing.
Really really great place. it's super clean and high security. The prices here are better than most places around this part of new orleans and it seems like a much better facility.

My bill (automatically paid past 2 years) was over due 7 days due to a (completely separate) fraudulent charge resulting in bank sending me a new credit card. (In the days between bank cancelling card and sending me new one, apparently my bill was due) I received an email on Thursday telling me I was 5 days late. Ok no big deal, I'll pay when I get my credit card in.... I receive credit card in mail on Friday and haven't had a chance to call and update. Go to access my unit on Sunday and I'm locked out with no way to pay bill or access my fishing poles.... pretty crappy business model to not even give the courtesy of a phone call telling me I will be locked out if I'm 5 days late and obviously have an issue with my card since that's the only way I have ever paid since I rented the locker. Or in the email you send me telling me I'm locked out and not to waste an entire Sunday not being able to access my fishing poles and tackle
