Loved stacked nutrition program. I learned so much about myself and how food is only a part of fitness. Learning to eat through stacked was not a diet or a chore. It became second nature- a way of life. I discovered so much about myself and my body through the program.

Stacked is a superior gym in the New Orleans area. I was a member of this gym for years and not only did I see results (that I could maintain) but I formed some really incredible bonds with the coaches and members. The coaches are very competent and take into account all fitness levels and goals. This is a judgement-free space with people who want to work towards their best selves.

While I knew the basics of what to do, I'd always wanted to try nutrition coaching for accountability. I understood “recomping” the most difficult body parts would require tremendous commitment, willpower, sacrifice over a long period of time and the ability to say “no” on occasion. While following the program, I learned how to get the most out of my calories/macro targets. Coach Bradley made small changes each week, explaining the whys of each change and always had great advice on how to implement plans while traveling or simply enjoying life. I learned the effects of alcohol on the body and how to bounce back after an occasional weekend of indulging. With proper planning in advance, you can be flexible with meals and snacking, take breaks from tracking and training while traveling or on vacation, and not completely reverse weeks/months’ worth of progress. While this program focuses on consistency over perfection, you cannot be on track only Mon-Thurs/Fri and throw it all out the window on the weekends. It is too easy to reverse all weekday progress with a few meals or nights out every weekend. This is where sacrifice and the ability to sometimes say “no” comes into play. If you truly commit and follow the program, it can work, even at my age. #fitty3

I started just under 2 months ago and I have never been around a more motivating, caring, goal oriented and welcoming group of people. Before I joined I tried everything from personal training to gym memberships(had bad gym anxiety too) and every fitness app I thought would work like Noom and weight watchers. Nope, nothing worked for me the way Stacked coaching is working for me. I’m still in the process of my nutrition program but I’ve never been more consistent with my attendance at a gym. I can’t wait until my next class, and the one after that and so on!! Lol I found my place.

Crossfit is awesome here and more challenging than most Boxes. There is a lot of work and the people are great and very welcoming. I am from out of town but go every time I am in New Orleans.

I was visiting family for the holidays and dropped in the week to get some work outs in. The team at Stacked Coaching, every instructor I had, was awesome! The owner was very hands on and has cultivated an environment of fantastic energy and camaraderie. Somehow there was an hour and a half of workouts squeezed into an hour. When I visit NOLA again this is my go to.

I love it here. I’ve been coming for about three months and I feel constantly challenged and supported at my beginning level. They have a fabulous ability to make sure that everyone from the top tier athletes to beginners get a great, safe, thorough workout.

I joined Roux Fitness about two months ago and wasn't sure what to expect from this gym. I have never done any CrossFit type of workout before, so I was a bit nervous. I had also never been in a workout "class" environment. Well.....I love it! Everyone is very supportive and the gym really feels like a community. I also really like how every day is different. I hate doing the same workout over and over. Having it changed up and scheduled for me is even better than I thought it would be. They also use an app so you can reserve a class, check-in, and see what the workout will be ahead of time. The only way I would not recommend this gym is if you don't want an amazingly intense workout with certified professional trainers that actually care if you get results and are there to make sure you don't hurt yourself.

My experience was great!!! The owner is very caring and will go all the way to make sure you are satisfied. The classes are kickass and worth it! I enjoyed the atmosphere and coaches know their stuff!! I look forward to visiting again one day!

Roux personnel and the owners are the greatest! I’ve never been a part of a gym that takes everyone’s goals individually and works directly with the person to get them there. I love this gym! The individual support they provide is unmatched.

Roux Fitness is an awesome community and place to workout. Bradley, Emily and all the coaches are great motivators, great teachers, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have great nutrition, fitness, health and wellness programming to meet any individual’s needs. All you have to do is show up and let them take care of the rest. You will love every minute of it.

I started Roux 3 months ago. My background in exercise over the past 15 years was sporadic at best. I've never been a gym guy. Done some moderate running and Martial Arts years ago. Most I've exercised (prior to joining Roux) was 3 times per week max. Typically twice a week.Since I joined in December, I've been exercising at Roux 4-6 times per week! The owners are humble, have passion for what they do, and practice what they preach. They even produce a podcast with helpful topics for the average person navigating the fitness and nutrition world. They have good people (members and coaches) at Roux serving as a foundation for a positive and encouraging culture. When I joined, one of the coaches, Janna, reached out to me as an accountability partner, sending me texts, inquiring about my goals, and encouraging progress. They care, they help, and they challenge you to be better than you were yesterday. I'm glad I found this place!
