The absolute worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. We dropped off 3 tanks to be repaired and have not heard back from them and when I tried to enquire by calling, the Customer Service rep says she cannot help me and cannot connect me directly to the location. Why have someone answer the phone if they cannot provide any service. Why have what looks like a local phone number but is actually a call center that is certainly not local.

Amerigas is not a reliable propane service. We have contacted Amerigas for several months' to pickup their empty propane bottles from our site and there has been no activity. They also cannot give me a date of when they can schedule the confirmation pickup. Do not use this company.

Terrible terrible terrible services. First they deliver me a new tank and do not fill it up any so they leave us with no gas meaning no hot water or way to cook. Then after 5 days of waiting I got put ont he expedited list which they charged me $300 for to get gas within a day and STILL have NO GAS more than 1 week later. All the representatives attempt to be helpful but all they do is read from a script and lie lie lie including the supervisors.

After contract ended at location we called well over 20 times between four people and they hung up every time we asked to cancel with them and come get their tanks

Amerigas, please do something about customer service! Horrible. I order propane regularly and each time it takes WAY too long to process over the phone. I need to block out 10-15 minutes and I'm not exaggerating. I've tried to order online but your site won't recognize my account number and billing zip so I'm stuck calling in the request.
