If ordering for Christmas, make sure you make your last purchase in November or they will never deliver it. They mark items as delivered when they are not. They’ll give you the run around. Stressful and doesn’t have to be!

I have order packagess after packages from different companies they always deliver my packages with other senders just find. But evertime senders sends my packages Usps they cannot find my address undeliverable in Iowa USPS.... Never had a problem in Lake Charles......Tried to Deliver 12/31/22 went to Post Office when they opened back from the Holidays was told already sent Back....WHAT!!!!! THIS NOT THE 1ST TIME.. EITHER

Not informative in the slightest. Also it would greatly benefit the company as well as the customers if they would add their actual office telephone number to the website.

One of their delivery people tried to stuff a giant package in our mailbox and it was half hanging out. Anyone could have driven by and snatched it for an easy $60.

Packages not on time, many torn or broken items, etc. Like a few others I have read one of my biggest peeves is "can't get to mailbox" or something like that. Just be honest. I'd rather hear it just didn't make it rather than a blatant lie just to make your carriers look good on paper to corporate because they didn't hit their quota. The most recent thing you lost was a replacement debit card. Thanks for that by the way. It seems things get "lost" or "can't be delivered because the mailbox can't be reached". Blatant lying isn't good for anyone. Especially you when I have security cameras that show the mail didn't even show up on a day claiming that couldn't get to the mailbox. Also, tossing packages or torn and smashed medical items. Really? Come on now. I've already made a report or two but nothing gets done. Ever.

Packages not on time, saying they can’t get to mailbox or door, not replying back to customers when we try to find out where a package is. Need to be completely overhauled from top down!
