While traveling through Louisiana, I stopped to get gas here on 12/22/23 and when I attempted to get back on hwy my car would not accelerate and my check engine light started flashing. I had to have my car towed to a repair shop where it was later diagnosed as having contaminated gas. I followed all the protocols the State of Louisiana says to do in this situation, one being to contact the store. Here is where my bad review comes in. When I called to let them know what happened, the person I spoke with immediately discounted my claims saying "you didn't get the bad gas from here". I attempted to explain I was almost on empty when I got gas here so statistically speaking, there was a good chance I got it from here and she should probably check it out, I was cut off. She went onto say that she will check it out but she was positive nothing was wrong with her gas. When I asked if she wanted my information to contact me back after she checked it, she rudely said no and that was the end of the conversation. She did not ask what date, time, what pump I used or any other information that might be helpful to her when investigating this. While I do not believe she or anyone at her store purposefully contaminated the gas, the way she responded was not professional at all. If this was my store and someone informed me of a possible concern, I would want to address it immediately so that I did not have other complaints.

This gas station is a dump. The pumps are slow, the buttons don't work correctly, and I couldn't even use my rewards properly. Keep driving.

A man came in the store needed fuel and chip in card didn't work so he came in and explained to clerk and she said your card won't work here. Man says I just need some flipping gas can you swipe it? His family is now in store and he goes to ATM machine and she tells him get out of my store ,your money is no good here.. I witnessed this and told the clerk he only said the word flipping and she told me to also get out and all of our money is no good and leave because she is calling the police.

We made a pit stop here for a potty break and gas. Bathrooms were very clean. There was a McDonald’s conveniently located attached to the building which was pretty cool.

We like to come here bcuz the clerks ate fast.. it doesn't take 20 minutes to pay for gas and get back on the road..And the store is decent clean..

Traveling from Houston , my tire light came on ; I stopped here realize I didn’t have any cash . I keep a old $5 in my Bible . I just need quarters ; The cashier refused to take it. He held it up to the light and said I’m not going to be able to take this . I said it’s real I’m a banker but it’s cool! I trust God for all things! I pulled out the parking lot and went right down to the pilot ; The air pump had a card reader ! THANK YOU JESUS FOR NEVER FAILING YOUR CHILD!#KNOWYOURMONEY I have reference some older bills below .

The wait staff was not friendly and I will not return. This McDonald is attached to a Shell gas station. Many people were coming in and out. Please hire wait staff that are more friendlier to their customers.

Possibly the worse service I've ever received at any fast food restaurant.Dirty floors, Disgusting restroom food served cold after waiting for almost 15 minutes for two burgers and fries.Spend your money somewhere else !!!
