“So my wife left a review yesterday but Im a little more detailed and I really wanted to relay how AWESOME these guys are in my own words.
So we love in south Texas and drove to eastern NC for my dads birthday and a family reunion. Normally a 22hr drive and we drive it straight through swithcing up driving along the way. On our way back loaded down with a truck bed full of stuff my truck blew the water pump on 10 west right before the Crowley exit in Louisiana. It was 5am and we had been on the road about 15-16 hours already. Everything was fine and then suddenly truck went from normal temp to throwing overheat messages all on the dash. I immediately pulled over and lifted the hood. Before I even got the hood up I could smell coolant. So I figured a blown radiator hose or something which meant I couldnt make it to the shop without fear of more serious damage to the engine. Called a local tow company and got towed to the shop. We got there about 6-6:15am. Shop wasnt supposed to open until 7:30. So here we all are super tired wife and son fall back asleep waiting. One of the guys I think his name was Eric got there at 7am to start getting ready to open. Im parked in his lot with the hood up probably looking pretty rough for the wear. He asks if he could help and I said I sure hope so and relayed to him everything above. He said he had a lot going on but would try to help as quickly as possible. So they ooen at 7:30 and by 8am they were pressure testing the coolant tank to find the leak. Waterpump. He came back out with a price and I said go for it and he got the part ordered and had us out of there by 9:30 with new part installed and coolant refilled. They did a couple test drives to make sure it didnt leak or anything. So here is where I want to praise these guys and this shop. They knew I was from out of town, they knew I had gotten towed and couldnt drive to another shop, they knew I was basically wotn out and desperate. A lot of places would have taken advantage of this and these guys did not. They basically put me in front of all the other things they had going on and made sure my truck was safe to drive again. They could have charged me twice what they did and what else could I have done. I tried to give them a tip to show my appreciation and they even turned that down. I insisted please let me buy you all lunch but again they turned it down. If you want great friendly service and extremely fair pricing and are anywhere near these guys please check them out. You wont be disappointed. They are great!!! Thank you guys!!! I appreciate the care you gave me and my family!!!”

“This Christian based shop was a true answer to our prayers! Traveling from Texas we discovered right over the Louisiana state line the engine oil cap had not been replaced by a company who had changed the oil. The engine was a mess along with undercarriage and wheel hubs. We were relieved to call R&S Auto and hear a friendly voice say he absolutely could help us. He even offered to wait for us to get there if after his closing time. We arrived and they got right to work. They went above and beyond a simple clean - engine, undercarriage up on a rack, electrical... all of it. They made sure levels were good to help us have a safe journey. We were back on the road in no time with a renewed peace of mind. Economical service even for this special request. Highly recommend this company for whatever auto issues or needs you may be having. It is clear they are in the business to help people.”

“This place was super! The last oil change done elsewhere on my car,had stripped the cap.These folks tried several minutes to take it off and had already drained the oil.They refilled with new oil and wouldn't allow me to pay for it! They have my business for the rest of my life!”

“Mark is no-nonsense. He's uncompromisingly honest. When doing an AC job and investigating a strange noise for me, it turned out the noise was the alternator and belt. Those were things he was going to have to take off to get to the AC regardless, so he informed us and only charged us for the parts cost to fix those two things.
Also goats rule.”

“I needed an estimate for an accident, I called on the phone the gentleman’s wife answered she was polite and stated I could come for the estimate. I did, the owner was also very polite, professional, and accurate on providing and estimate. I went to 2 other shops in Crowley they were rude and acted as if I was bothering them, not the kind of people I trust with my car, Hayes body shop was the opposite and I have no issue waiting for my turn to repair my car I’mSure his work is as professional as the service for the estimate. “We were traveling from Lake Charles to New Orleans on Saturday during a never ending rainstorm and our windshield wipers stopped working. We called all around and Joe's was the only shop even willing to take a look at our SUV. He came into the shop even though it was closed and took the time to repair our wipers. There was a part in the wiper motors that needed to be repaired. There was no way we would have made it to NOLA with no windshield wipers. He removed the motors, repaired and replaced them all for a fraction of what I'm sure a dealership would've charged us. We received excellent service from someone who made us feel like family. Please give Joe's Automotive Car Care your business. They deserve it.”
“The staff was helpful. I just have to go elsewhere because Walmart goes by the letter of the law. They can only put the size tire that the car came with from the manufacturer. It's a stupid law so you can't blame Walmart.”
