Kellen and the other young man (had on Micha shirt but told me that wasn't his name) made my day today. the store packed out and these two gentlemen never lost their cool,never got in a rush and was very attentive and patient with every customer. They atmosphere was GREAT. They pitched me a deal today on my battery and even though it was 30$ more than Walmart, idc I went back and did business with O'Reilly bc of the good customer service I got earlier that morning. THANKS KELLEN and mystery guy. Yall are the Bomb.

Clean store. I bought a battery. Had to take it back because it had a dead cell in the battery. Well, this morning I tried to crank it up, and the battery was dead. Had it tested and it also has a dead cell in the battery.
