“I have been doing business with Battery Depot for 20 years. David Emery, rest his soul, and his family are so nice and caring, I would never think about getting batteries and service anywhere else. Lee and his staff are the best at what they do.”
“I went in for a headlight. The gentlemen was on a ladder in the back. When he saw me he immediately climbed down and asked what I was looking for. He looked it up on the computer, then walked me to the item's location, and showed me my options. I asked a few question which he answered. I made my selection. He asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. There was not so I payed for my light. He asked me my phone number so he could log my purchase under my name in the system. He thanked me on my way out. There is absolutely nothing else this gentleman could have done. He did everything you could expect from someone in his position. This is how a retail experience should be. It's good to see that there are helpful people doing a great job. I have always had good experiences at this location which is why I showed up in the first place. I bought a battery here about a year ago. I will keep going to this location.”
“Have gone here for windshield wiper blades as well as bolts for license plate. On both occasions (and with different vehicles), the staff were really helpful, kind, and went to the parking lot to help me! They also taught me how to do the task I asked for help with.”

“I give this place a 10/10 rating. My VW battery died over the weekend so I first went to AutoZone and they said they would not touch it.. I then headed straight to O'Reilly's and had AMAZING service. My car battery was being a pain, but the employee (I wish I knew his name) was patient and tested it; it came back as dead. The lady at the counter was also so sweet and nice. I don't know anything about cars, but they were so patient with me. Highly recommend :)”

“Kellen and the other young man (had on Micha shirt but told me that wasn't his name) made my day today. the store packed out and these two gentlemen never lost their cool,never got in a rush and was very attentive and patient with every customer. They atmosphere was GREAT. They pitched me a deal today on my battery and even though it was 30$ more than Walmart, idc I went back and did business with O'Reilly bc of the good customer service I got earlier that morning. THANKS KELLEN and mystery guy. Yall are the Bomb.”
