Bank is "upgrading" my account to "Freestyle checking." How ironic that I didn't ask for this upgrade and it is NOT free! When I called to inform them that I didn't want the "free upgrade," I was told that they are doing away with the "Access checking." I'm done with different businesses that window dress their product with buzz words to make it sound better but taking away perks and charge more. I told them I would be closing my account before the change. Not one bit of interest of concern from the bank. Not even to say if different accounts were available to meet my needs. Done.

The only thing I don't like bout Whitney Bank is my monthly account fee cause I wanted my saints debit card and I couldn't get it with a simply free checking. And if you withdraw money at a non Whitney ATM they charge a extra 3 bucks. Like really most ATM's charge a 3 bucks just for using them.
