The workers are nice but there is one white woman with eye glasses that works there tries to get into my fiance's business and makes him feel uncomfortable and every time he goes in there without me, she has a judgemental tone of voice when asking him why I'm not with him. We don't know this woman but other than that, it's a very nice place to shop. Expensive though, but the rewards if you use them to shop there and the sales are great!

The young black girl over there that works nights IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE and needs to be held at the highest level honor that can be achieved at a Walgreens. Without going to far into it, I wanted to make a return but I wanted it on a gift card so I could purchase a pack of diapers I urgently needed while waiting on my new card in the mail. She accidentally pressed send refund to debit card and offered to pay for my daughter’s diapers because she made the mistake. I told her she absolutely did not have to and that I was not mad but she insisted. This is the kind of person who can change the course of someone’s life with their kindness. I was ready to throw up my hands and give up but she happened to be the one behind the counter tonight and I’m so thankful for that. I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

I’m not impressed with this pharmacy team. The guy pharmacist is great. However the team is lazy & can careless about communicating with customers that an order is not going to be available until the following day while you sit waiting for 45 minutes with children in the waiting area. The excuse they gave was they said it on the loud speaker well let’s see I was not on my phone & I was waiting to hear anything the muffled unclear voice was not understandable. What type of customer service is this?! Can you not walk over or call me to the counter to let me know? I was extra careful because I saw that they did this to the lady before me. So I go to pick this order up the following day and she says it hasn’t been filled yet it will be a 20/30 min wait. Does Walgreens not realize I can go anywhere I want to have my scripts filled? I think customer service skills need to be taught to this team. If anything happens like this again I’m going across the street to CVS.

The pharmacist is GREAT! Like the best I've ever encountered at any pharmacy. He is so helpful! My insurance changed and my coupon wasn't working to get my medicine that I NEED. He probably sat there for 45 mins trying to get my medication cheaper with my coupon and trying to figure out my new insurance. He didn't get frustrated or annoyed he worked with my boyfriend for almost an hour trying to get SOMETHING to work so I could have my meds.
