The staff is very friendly and are able to answer questions knowledgeably. Even though it is a video call with the Dr they still make it comfortable and answer any and all questions you have.

I was very impressed with the service I received starting with making my appt by phone, then having my exam. Everyone was great!! I felt very comfortable and not rushed through any part of my experience there. Great job!!

I would not recommend anyone to this eye clinic because I had a 10:00 appointment this morning and when I got there it was 2 mins till 10and they were calling my phone .I told them I was in front of there door and she told me they don't open there door until 10Then she asked me if I was using insurance I told her yes I have Louisiana Health connection then.she told me.lthey did not take it because the Dr that took had been on medical leave for a while .I asked why they didn't call me at 8 or 9 to ask me they waited until I burn my gas then told me about it. I don't recommend them to any one .They never even said they was sorry.

I was skeptical of the Telehealth at first but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the process. The specialist Mr.Taylor was outstanding and very professional and the manager Sam went out of her way to get me the best dealspossible! Highly recommended and will be bringing my family back as well!

What a disaster. My teen daughter had an appointment for an eye exam WITH CONTACTS. We arrived to find it was a telehealth appointment, which was fine. Taylor scanned her glasses for distance to check her current prescription and I told him she also had a pair for reading but he did not scan those at all. Same during the eye exam - they only checked her distance and did not check if her up close prescription had changed and you barely see the doctor on a screen for all of 10 mins so there's no asking questions. We chose frames and I inquired about her getting contacts. The ladies at the desk told me that was separate, and we'd have to see the doctor AGAIN to get measurements and we had to pay $79 for a contact exam. ???? (we have VSP insurance and I've never paid that before) They had me make another appointment weeks away to return for a contact exam. THEN literally an hour before that appointment, I got a call telling us we didn't have to go in because my daughter had just had an eye exam so there was no need to do it again and they could JUST ORDER CONTACTS for her. (WHAT???) Then it took 2-1/2 months for them to come in. AND my child had trouble trying to learn to get them in and after about 3 tries, the lady told us to leave - go home and watch some YouTube videos on how to put contacts in is what she said - and come back another day. SMH!!! Needless to say after all that, we did not go back and got contacts from somewhere else!!!

The service is very good - the exam was thorough, but my glasses broke after less than a week and had to be replaced. Dealing with that mess wasn't fun.

I was told to get out today. No sign to turn off phone. Very nasty dr. We won't go there for our glasses. Rudeness there. Didn't have the contacts either. My husband and I both need new glasses. Mine cost $400. everytime. I won't be going here for them. Telling family and friends too.

They were able to fit me in the next day after I called being it was work related. I'd refer everybody to use them also The receptionist was really polite and made sure to answer all my questions.

Expensive as heck, didn't have a doctor on site a couple of months ago... but now they don't have a lab for onsite work.

Horrible! This place is the most unorganized business I have ever experienced. They do not care about their patients and some of the staff are rude and not willing to help. They will not return your call, or call you when your eyeglasses/contacts come in. I waited 1 month for an appointment because they rescheduled my appointment bc they were overbooked. Then waited a month for trials, followed by 3 months for the contacts to come in. When I voiced my frustration at the office. Samantha in the Houma, LA office, told me "You got what you paid for! Call Corporate!"
