Very rude. Lies about charges on bill. Talks smack about customers who call the store and pawns them off on other workers. So unprofessional and just rude.

pretty good customer service got my imei number fixed and a new working sim card since one of the workers put all my information wrong but they are pretty good at fixing their mistakes

Went into the store about a month ago. Problem was no one could hear me when I talked on my phone. They told me it was my phone case. I have the same type of case for every phone that I have had. Then proceeded to tell me that I could refurbished phone. When I told them I don’t want to get someone else old phone that got attitude with me. They also had a problem because my autistic son walked with his iPad and was also trying to get our attention. Two days after I leave the store I keep getting. SIM card not available, SIM failed. I’m so scared to go back to the Houma store and waste my time with them and their ugly attitude and how very judgmental against my child. I’ll help educate your stuff on children who are different. They need to not judge so quickly. They need to help with a problem then to quickly so say well we can get you a refurbished phone.

Went to this store to get a new SIM card & add a line for my prepaid account I’ve been having for over SEVEN YEARS. I added a line on the app & something went wrong with the activation of the sim in that phone. Verizon agents online told me to get a new sim & either get them to add the line or call them back. Went on my lunch break to do only that. Instead of just doing what I went there for they started pulling people out the back offering me upgrades that I did not need. They kept insisting I’d get a better deal & save money & was being extremely persistent with this upgrade. This is where everything went wrong. Needing to get back to work, I said fine then, just hurry. Worst mistake I could’ve made. I should’ve just walked out then. They switched me from prepaid to post pay. When they went to add my 3rd line- the fully paid for phone I had was no longer good bc it was a prepaid phone! So then I had to get another phone. This phone was only needed for talk & text, so I had aid in full a cheap $50 phone. Now I’m paying on a $200 smart phone that most of the options on it will never be used. Now my bill is more than it would’ve been had they done what I wanted. & I’m paying on a new phone. AND now I have to pay extra for a free feature I had (hotspot) bc it’s no longer included even though they said it was. I made sure to express to them the importance of that feature before I made the switch. So bill is goi g to be even higher. Go back in bc I’m pissed at this point & want the prepaid price I was paying before they manipulated me into “upgrading”. Well to do that, I’ve done lost my 7+ years loyalty discounts, so my notes can’t go back to what they were. Plus reactivation fees. AND I have to return that $200 phone I’m making notes on & pay a $50 restocking fee & get another phone (bc I returned that first one & waiting on a refund) OR I can pay the $200 upfront to make it prepaid. So basically there’s absolutely no way to go back to how I had it before- the plan I was extremely happy with & had no need for changing. I DO NOT recommend going to this store AT ALL unless you know exactly what you want & you don’t take any advice from them at all.

Upgraded phones and was told my bill would increase by $40 a month. When I looked at my bill on the Verizon app, it indicated an increase of over $100 per month. After countless attempts to reach the salesperson, I called Verizon customer service. There were insurance plans that had been added, along with streaming bundles. I was clear that I did not want any streaming services added to my new line and never discussed insurance. They wrote down my new bill price on a piece of paper, which was off by a lot. I suppose the push for autopay benefits the salesperson when the customer doesn't see the bill.
Be aware when purchasing new phones and devices. Also, ask to see your estimated bill before leaving the store.
The salesperson seemed like a really nice person. I hate to post this, but maybe it was an honest mistake.

Just to let everyone know that the Houma store Manger Brandi Martin is not a good Manger. I had a issue and she did not help me with the issue. So just to let ya'llknowshe does not help people.

I Had My Old Phone Stolen, But I Had Purchased Insurance. So Was Able To Get A New Phone The Next Day, By UPS.
Only Had To Pay $185.00 For A $855.00 New Phone.

The Houma,LA store closes at 6 PM. They have the doors locked at 540 PM and standing at the counter laughing at 3 customers trying to get their products. What a joke. Canceling my orders of 4 new IPhones and probably leaving Verizon. Pathetic excuse for workers

Had to replace my phone due to screen failure. Dreading the process of transferring to a new phone, I went to the local Verizon store and was greeted by the best salesperson I could ask for. Cory explained how I could lower my rate while increasing the service features I have over my previous plan and had me in a new phone with everything transferred over from my old phone and had me out the door and on my way home in no time!
