Visited the collision center. They were fast efficient and polite with the information needed about my vehicle. I have $30,000 in damages because of another careless driver so it's taking a little while to fix my vehicle but they dont have a magic wand

I purchased a truck from this dealership 4 years ago and now in wont of new car BMW the one on their web site. The. first representative was great if you don't wont repeat costumer over the phone. I asked to speak with a manager He did worse and make sure I documented it so others wont have to deal the their total lack of customer service. He is how it went. I called about the BMW the one listed on the web site. She made it seem as if they had others but not listed. Trapp only had the one I called about it was not a good call she was not trained to be on the phone. Next I asked to talk to the sales person that was used before she could not find him. So I finally asked to speak to a manager on the BMW. (He in my opinion the worst manager in the world) He was not available but did call back. I spoke with him briefly, real short horrible customer service. He said the price you see on line is the best he could do no negotiation period and we all know that is not the truth. I did 20 years in the Military and helped young service members with this type of salesperson/company. Please don't deal with a company that wont budge on their marked up prices please walk away from them. I will not be a repeat customers and do NOT recommend anyone use this company based on my experience with them. Please don't use them.

Had really awesome service in finding the vehicle that I wanted. Trap Cheverolet didn't have the color that I was interested in but their team didn't give up until they found one at another dealer. Big shout out to Katie M for not giving up and making the deal happen for me. This is not my first time buying from Trap and will definitely not be my last. Absolutely love it here

Had damage to my car from a wreck that wasn’t my fault. When I brought my car in they told me it would be about 4-5 days for the repairs. They didn’t offer me a rental at all, but I wasn’t worried about it if it was going to be less than a week. Then a week goes by and I was not contacted at all. I call them(day 8), was told they would call me back. Didn’t hear back til that Friday(9 days after drop off). I was then told they found extra damage and needed to order more parts/waiting on the parts. Why was I not contacted? Why was I then not offered a rental? I was then told the part was to arrive that day and my car would be ready around 6 that evening. Unfortunately, I was working and told them I’d get it on Monday since they’re closed all weekend. I call Monday morning(day 12) to be informed that my car is still not ready. I was still not offered a rental, no apology, nothing. I was met with attitude saying “you know we’ll call you when it’s ready right?” It’s now day 15 and I haven’t heard a thing or have been offered a rental. Worst possible experience. Totally and completely unprepared and unprofessional.Services: Auto glass services
