This is the third Lincoln that I have purchased from Terrebonne Lincoln. Bobby Hayden and his sales and finance staff are the best. No pressure, just a fair price and great service after the sale. The service department is very good and fair priced as well.

Mrs Dominique in service has made my mazda experience stress free. Amazing communication always figuring out how to make it happen and answers all questions or finds the answer. I love my cx-90 and the service from them that come with it! Thank you!!!

My salesman, Jason Ferguson, was friendly, was able to answer all my questions and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. The entire sales team, including Bobby and Chris, were warm and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy and wasn't rushed in making my final decision. I was able to take the vehicle home for a few days to try ot out prior to making my final decision.
This is my third vehicle purchased from this dealership. Part of the reason is service after the sale. They have always been very accommodating and helpful. Thr service department does a great job of quickly repairing your vehicle, working around your schedule, and doing their best i provide a loaner if required.
All in all, yes I would definitely go back again for a vehicle.

I have been more than pleased with the customer service at Terrebonne Lincoln! We recently moved from FL where we bought the car and even though we didn’t purchase it from them, the service we receive is exceptional! Honestly, it far exceeds the service from the dealership we purchased the vehicle from! I had an issue with the computer system and Lance immediately took it back and temporarily fixed it until they could get the ordered part in. They have always had a loaner for me to use (even if I didn’t request one) and their communication is excellent! I have owned many different makes/models of cars over the last 32 years and I have never had service this good! Five stars!
