The staff was extremely helpful throughout the buying process and communicated very well from start to finish. My salesman Rusty took the time to explain all new features and walk me step by step through getting settled in to the new truck, answering all my questions along the way. The finance office was a breeze, very clear on all of my options and made sure I was well informed on next steps. 10/10 would send anyone this way for their next vehicle

I want to share my disappointment with the customer service we received after purchasing a used Ford Ranger from Terrebonne Ford. Our salesperson, Brandon, who goes by "ask for the short guy at Terrebonne Ford," was friendly but failed to follow through on our discussions. We had ordered a truck bed cover and left our truck with them for over a week. During this time, they were supposed to replace the driver's side door seal and detail the truck, but none of that was done after a week. When I called, Brandon promised to call back but didn't. He kept making excuses for why we couldn't get the cover, claiming it was coming from Houston and that delays were due to the hurricane. I get that, but we have all experienced hurricanes here and it didn't take that long to get tarps off some roofs. We bought the truck on 6/29/24 and today is 8/1/24 and still no tarp and not a follow up phone call. We had to cover the truck bed with a tarp while driving to Florida. Despite calling four times, Brandon has not been responsive and has failed to provide updates. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience with Terrebonne Ford.

Have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years till now. Went in to trade in one of my f-250 trucks purchased from them and wanted a trade in value and look at a smaller truck. They ran my credit at 3 places without informing me as they already had my info then gave me a low low offer on my trade and I walked out. The Toyota dealership was very friendly and offered me 3 grand more on my trade starting offer. After test driving and looking at the features I decided to go with Toyota. Much better truck and Staff not scam artists.
