The guys were awesome, kind and very knowledgeable. They checked out my vehicle, educated me on why it’s good to have air filter changed after that it was definitely time to change… lol

I paid nearly $130 for full service just to find out that half the stuff on the list that was supposed to be done, wasn’t. I feel like I was robbed. I wonder now if my oil was even changed or if I’m driving around with the old oil. Will not be going back.

The service was awesome! The guys were extremely nice! I watched the entire process from inside my car. While I did drive right in and was guided into the bay immediately, the process did take about 15 minutes to do the oil change. I’m still unclear as to why the $89 package plus a $25 coupon totaled $103. According to my math it should’ve been $64. Due to how expensive it was I won’t be going back. I’ve never on any of my vehicles paid that much. Sorry but it’s just too expensive!

They put the wrong oil in my car the first time is what I was told. That is why they took it out after putting the new oil in and put in another oil. The price is outrageous. Plus it was more than just 5 minutes and we were asked if we wanted water when we arrived and he forgot to give it to us until we were about to pull off.

Today I went to take 5, and just as I suspected it to be the service was great and the workers were great, from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out to leave. Shout out to Sean for going the extra mile to make sure everything with my car was okay and ready to go! 10/10 thank you !

The attendants that waited on me where 2 of the kindest gentlemen. They made sure my car was up to speed and checked everything. Amazing service and super friendly.

The staff was courteous and friendly, but the price was astronomical. I’ve been told in the past they do a “military/veteran discount” of 50%, but that was not even close to true. I typically change my oil myself for $35(ish), so I expected maybe it would cost $60(ish) there. Once it was done, they charged me $110.I’ll never go back there. That’s highway robbery…

I was very pleased with the overall service. When I pulled up, I pulled into a parking spot because I was not sure of the protocol or where to go. . Mr. John came to check on me and to make sure I was okay. He gave me a cold water and then told me the protocol. He told me where to drive my car and what to expect. As I proceeded to get my oil change, Mr. Sean was very attentive. He answered all questions that I had. He suggested products such as as oil treatments, windshield treatments, etc. He was very patient with my questions. Mr. Sean was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. My first experience at Take 5 was amazing and exceeded my expectations.This will not be my go to for my vehicle service. I mentioned I had an email that my coupon expired the day before...I then found one on the internet but He would not accept it because it did not have a barcode...But it had a code that could have been put in! I am a regular and think they would of tried harder! The savings I would of gotten would have been their tip! So yea sorry not sorry! Absolutely the best Take 5 in south Louisiana. I usually I get my oil changed at the Take 5 in Boutte or the one in New Orleans on Canal Boulevard. Much higher level of service here in Houma. Extremely friendly staff, very efficient, and very thorough. They had me in and out of there in under 10 minutes. Everyone of these guys deserves a raise.Services: Tires
