Ashley and Kyle were great I drove 45 mins out of my way because the one in morgan city was not helpful A&K from houma mlk did a fantastic job helping with setting up my new sim card they were professional and patience and made sure everything was working before I left Highly Recommended go see them for your cell needs

No Disrespect but But Sprint/ Sprint Tmobile, really messed up when the closed the Other store on MLK and kept this open. The other Store was 100 Times Better and the People like Jordan, Dana and thrm had much more Experience and Knew what was going on.

Zero care for customer issuesI call customer support for an hour to set up for a phone to be restored. changing authorization, providing security information, etcThe next day I’m told, “we’re not going to do that, but you can try Best Buy”I’m not paying for 4 phones since 2019 just to get told i won’t be serviced hours after setting up everything for said service, all because someone doesn’t want to do it. I’ll take my long term business elsewhere

Awful management and customer service. I came in for a Trade-in deal I saw online and they refused to honor it in this store. Employee gave me an attitude and they just wanted me to make a new line when the AD I pulled up in front of them clearly states existing line. BULLCRAP! This place reeks of poor management, and the sales associate gave me snarky attitude. Don't waste your time here, go to the location in South Mall. If Angel is there she will take care of you.

They use to have great friendly service. When Dana was the store manager things where different and you could get stuff done and helped properly. Now they will sell you stuff then after if you need Service it isn't there problem. They say you have to call Sprint Tmobile. They never call you back when you ask for information. Sad how you use to have such good service. Tmobile will Nickle and Dime You. Your just a number to them not a valued customer anymore. They will charge you $10.00 for everything they help you with!!

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all lol. I payed a certain amount of money in exchange for a warranty on a iPhone 11 screen protector.. Was told specifically by TMobile “You can come in at any time if you need a new screen protector, free of charge.” Sounded great to me at first until I actually needed a new screen protector lol.. I drove up there today around 12:30 on 7/26/20, I explained my situation and how I need a new screen protector and was told word for word, not paraphrasing “We not doin warranties today.” I’m just genuinely curious if that’s how T-Mobiles customer service is supposed to be.. And if it is, then what is the point of me even paying for a warranty if I can’t even use it? Probably gonna call corporate and ask lol.

I wouldn't recommend this store, I placed an order worth $180.00 and never received an email or phone call it was in or even got my receipt. When I called they wouldn't give me the name of a manager and the gentleman said he was the only one that would "help" me. By help me he meant he wanted me to place another order.

Had a small problem with a new cellphone, staff was unable to resolve problem but gave us a suggestion to call customer service. Customer service was great and resolved problem. New phone shipped to store. And then.....went to pick up phone at this store. Employees went above and beyond to do nothing but go against TMobile support. Last word was , we are separate from TMobile and our database won't accept Samsung warranty exchange. So customer service pleads with them to give us the new phone. They refuse. Currently looking at changing service. Not sure yet. Metairie store is worth the drive..much better staff and management. This store is a joke. Should not have to wait two weeks for a warranty issue. My issue is NOT with TMobile. But , it carries their name even though it's a franchise.

They said..Before we do that, let's just give your settings a complete check.The found the issue, NO RESET NEEDED.😎 Now voice to text,and the entire phone works much better and much faster!
