Shawn……is extremely rude and very u professional. Treat your customers with respect. Talking to them like they are your children won’t help you collect anything. It’s sad that since I’ve had these accounts every so often you run across an employee who seems to think that they can handle you any kind of way. If I don’t hold to the agreement, come get your merchandise but if we are doing business treat me as such. Very disappointed and extremely upset!

My fiance purchased a sofa set with them only to find out it was full of bed bugs and when she tried to talk to them about it they simply said it wasn't their problem it was up to her to get rid of the bed bugs only thing they cared about was getting their payment refused to come pick back up the sofa set after finding bed bugs she no longer wanted the sofa yet they are still refusing to accept responsibility for selling her a sofa infested with bed bugs

their furniture has bed bugs and they won't do anything about it. a week after getting a sofa from them we started having strange bug bites only when one of of would take a nap on the sofa never had bedbugs in my home before this.so after a week or so of getting bit by unknown bugs I end up finding several bedbugs crawling on me tried to talk to management about it and they basically said it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't come pick back up the sofa trying to act as if I'm to blame for the bed bugs.
