“The mall was okay, but what really stood out about our visit was the young lady working at Boost Mobile! We were looking for a phone and plan for my son and she exceeded our expectations! She was very honest and upfront and gave us the best deal for our situation. There was not an ounce of pressure and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. She was very patient and was able to answer every question we had. When it was all said and done, we made the decision to go with Boost solely because of her! I hope her manager reads this and acknowledges how valuable she is they have a new customer because of her! And I cannot remember her name to save my life...lol!”
