“Amazing customer service and high quality unit. I had my stuff with them for over 2 years. When moving out, nothing had dust and there were no bugs. The halls were always clean and there were always carts available to help you get your heavy stuff in and out. This was definitely a dependable storage. 10/10 would recommend:)”

“I love this place!!! This woman went out of her way for me and my two kids. We were in a bind and an emergency move was necessary. I couldn't leave where I was so she came to me for me to rent a unit from her. She also went out looking for us a new home and seny me numbers, info, and pics of new rentals. She didnt even know me!! She was DEFINITELY an Angel sent from God to rescue my kids and I. I love this woman for that. This place is over the top of the best you will ever find. “Mah girl Hannah keeps it real. Houma lock storage is very nice and professional.
But I'm not sure about the services in the bayou blue location in regards to customer service and making the customer feel like their business is valued and appreciated”
