Amazing staff, they helped me with everything I needed, and gave me some new ideas on upcoming projects. Service is everything, if something goes wrong, they are one phone call away. Why go anywhere else, when you want the best, and expect the best, Richards will always be my place.

I ordered two large pots for my restaurant prior to opening, upon preparation of my grand opening I was going to use the pots, only to find one of the lids was defective and did not fit either pot. I called once and the lady said she would get back to me. I never heard back from her. I called yet again a week or so later and another lady said she would call right back, instead I get an email the next day stating that I would have to ship the whole pot and lid back at my cost as well as I would have to pay cost to have a new one sent to me. I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

Above and beyond. This is a great company. Great pricing never a surprise bill for the best product on the market. Customer Service is actually service. While working with our Account manager Kayla Hebert on the products we were looking for, there was such professionalism! we will be using Richard's in the future for all our restaurant equipment. This store is amazing!! Not only amazing products for everything you need but the staff is so friendly. Worked with Kayla Hebert on updating are cooking supplies and steam table offshore. Very good product and the service before and after the sell was outstanding. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy. Will continue to do my business there.
