They were rude to me when I walked in through the door the girl had a whole attitude with me and keep on walking away from me while i was talking to her and its just not a place i recommend not going to

Geunta has been my phlebotomist for years and she's the only person I trust with my blood work as she does protocol properly versus other phlebotomists that I've delt with in hospitals and doctors offices. I'm happy to have her. Other phlebotomists fail to wash their hands, try to not wear gloves, will try to use a bigger needle, which has caused nerve damage in the past, and I've also dealt with phlebotomists who have rubbed my antecubital fossa with an alcohol wipe, not gloved up, then come back with their ungloved hands to look for a vein and stick me immediately. I have a low immune system. That's just crazy. I wish others did their job right like Geunta does. I'd clone her if I could.

I do NOT recommend going here! The lady who drew my blood was not only rude but she bruised up my arm. As soon as she put the needle in it burned and continued to burn the whole time. When I told her it was burning she said it was because of the alcohol on my arm. I have never had that happen the hundreds of times I’ve have blood drawn. Then, 30 min later I noticed the gauze she used was soaked in blood, probably because she didn’t wrap my arm. The next day it hurt to bend my arm!! If you’re going to be rude, at least be good at your job.

I bought my test online and went to the Quest Labs place that I selected and apparently they don’t accept the email and number from your phone. You have to fax it to them or print it out. You can fax from email, but it’s not free ( in-app purchase required) PITA

You guys are awful. Why you gotta be so mean to people when they need to get your services. We/They already sick and going through hard times. If I had some where else to get my tests done. You will never get my money. Do better be nice to people.

Geunta is FANTASTIC. Drug screening and blood draw completed with an appointment. She got me at the exact minute of my appointment time, was extremely personable, and was very helpful with questions. Finished within 20 minutes of my appointment time. 6 stars if I could.

If you have to get blood work I suggest you go elsewhere!!! The woman was the rudest ever. If you dislike your job so much maybe you should find another job.

The black woman has to be the rudest person I ever met in my life. I go every year but I had enough. I'm not gonna let someone treat me like that again. The thing about this morning was I was the only one there. I have and appointment do your job and let me get out of here. I go there once a freakin year. It's a shame for someone to be that mean and hateful. Like I said I'm done over there.

If you have to get blood work done don't go here! The lady in there was rude and treated me like i was bothering her. She rushed the process to get me out which i understand but just completely unprofessional. I hope she sees this because she needs to learn to be a nicer person if your going to work with the public. I work in medical field and i have to see people on the daily there's no excuse. If she doesn't like her job then don't work there!!!!

Very rude staff. This is not the first time we go through this unpleasant experience. Too bad this is the only Lab my Doctor uses. Other wise my business should be taken elsewhere. - No need to be rude to people that are going through tough times already.
