Took my dog for basic wash service. Was told price was $28 plus tax. When I went to pay I was charged an extra $5.99 for material fee. When I asked what this was for I was told shampoo?? Shouldn't that be included in basic pkg? And no you can not bring your own product to avoid this fee. This is definitely false advertising!!! Would not have tipped groomer if I had known about this 'extra' cost. Make sure you ask for receipt so you can see how much they are ripping you off. Will bathe him myself from now on.

I was able to find everything I wanted for my new Kitty. Wow! Prices have definitely gone up. A covered litter box was $55! It was huge (it took a full 28 lbs of Kitty Litter.) I did find a comparable Kitty Litter box online for about $10 cheaper, however, I was ready to use it and I decided convenience was worth $10!

This store needs to be closed. They never have anyone for customer service went in today they had one person working the registers and no one working the floor. I needed help to get a fish but guy could not leave register. They have saltwater tanks but never have they stocked so why have them? If you cant or willn't hire people close the store. I will not be going back. I would have rated zero star but couldn't.

I ordered something that quickly went out of stock. I was happy that I was quickly notified in an email, however the website still showed that item in stock. I know the system for stock online and in store isn't perfect, and though it did cause a little stress the email to quickly notify me of the situation was very helpful because I then was able to turn around and order the missing item to be shipped to my home instead.

You had a product close to what I needed. When I got home the exact product had been delivered to me. I was happy you had a similar product in case the ordered one didn't arrive on time.

The staff was friendly and very helpful on the selections we had made. They even showed us things we were not even looking at and was very beneficial knowledge.

They SUCK!!!! I called and made an appointment to get my damn dog groomed and nails clipped and they argue me down and say I ask for a bath something I can do at my house!!!! Charge me $15 for a bath and tried to make it sounds nice by saying it was half price special today! I don't know why I went back because the last time they cut my dogs ear and didn't even tell me I didn't notice it until I got home. Burning can promise you I won't be going back!
Make sure when you make your appointment you speak clearly and say you want a HAIRCUT because it seems to me that they don't understand English or they can't hear!!!!! They deserve a half of a Star cause the lil pregnant chick even gave me stank ass attitude! Of which I did not appreciate! We won't be returning to that groomers! Petsmart is cheaper anyway!
