I live in the next town, but the short drive to this Thibodaux location is worth it for the customer service. HOWEVER, their unwarranted "mask policy" they are trying to force on their customers may be the impetus for me taking MY MONEY elsewhere. We shall see... ?

switched to metro PC's for the family plan after 6days of the service not being able to make calls unless you go out side have talked to the store and they won't do anything they said it was out of there hand so now it's up to corporate to deal with it warning do not deal with Matthews metro PC's very rude people if you use your phone that's if !! You can don't use it more than a hour before you take it back ya that's right a hour so read the fine print this is how bad the service is with them . I understand that not all have this problem. my next step with be calling better business bureau I won't tolerate being ripped off from the service that hasn't worked from the start
