The girl at the desk was so high strung and loud although she had a lot of info to share it was almost too annoying...I just wanted her to hurry up and give me my device so I could leave!!!

..After purchasing a phone plan. Along with an iPhone 11. At Metro by T-Mobile at 1266 Grand Caillou road Houma, Louisiana 70363. I discovered the greedy company Apple. No longer includes a wall charger with their phones. So this Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer. Sold me a Quikcell wall charger. When I got home. I discovered the wall charger did not work. Went back to the Metro by T-Mobile store the very next day. Only to be told. That I was right. The wall charger does not work. But all sales are final. And they will not exchange. Or refund my $30. So I contacted the Quikcell company. Provided them with a picture of the product and receipt. The company emailed me. And told me that they were basically sorry. That the product didn't work. And would replace my wall charger. For a $9.99 fee. Buyers beware! It seems to be rip off season. For these two companies

Staff oitside was friendly. They had free pizza sno balls cupcakes drinks chips bags sunglasses mugs cardholder and can coolers. They were friendly but the dealers inside try to rip you off!!! The $8 protection fee is OPTIONAL 100% OPTIONAL but yet at this dealer they MAKE you pay for the protection fee as well as make you pay for a case and screen protector in order to get a free phone. Why pay for case and screen protector if you have to pay for the protection fee. It is only at the metro pcs on GRAND CALLIOU RD. and WEST TUNNEL BLVD. That try to rip you off the metro pcs dealers on EAST TUNNEL BLVD. and WEST PARK AVE. are in my opinion the best ones to go to for good deals. And to find associates that arent trying to con you out your money for their commission like the other 2 but youll find honest hardworking associates
