Brought a sentimental piece in to be fixed. Staffed assured me that it would be well taken care of. Spencer called me himself to tell me the repairs he made and explained how to take care of it. They were very polite and prompt. I was able to take it home the same day in better condition.

The staff was able to recreate a 20+ year old Crucifix that I lost a couple of years ago simply using grainy photos and my vague description and nailed it. I couldn’t be more happy with the end result.
