I totally would advise anyone not to have phones repaired at this establishment!! I’ve been going for years only to realize that the work is only done to keep you coming back for services!! They take parts from other customer’s phones to fix on their clients phones!! Just recently I advised my son not to go back to them in order to fix his screen and charger port, might I add it was fixed by them about 7 times before and Keeps having problems !! This time the store kept my child’s phone and said it was lost, all while still trying to charge him the same amount to fix his stolen phone for another phone!!! They also lied about loosing his phone because my son saw his phone in the shop completely gutted out!! These people are greedy, disrespectful, evil crooks and I won’t be returning!! The sheer audacity of these people!!! I’m disgusted and disappointed in the service that we were handed and how he has treated loyal customers!! Never Again!! Please be careful at this shop!! My son’s SIM card was stolen as well and maybe his identity/sensitive phone information !!! Where is the trust in this community? The love for our community? There is no good welcoming services here anymore!! I can’t trust you so I will not do business with you Los Primos!!!!!!!!!Very detestable!!
