The clothes are great quality. Perfect for any formal attire wear or just going out to eat. Right when I got in there they greeted and helped me every step of the way. I've been in need for some new jeans. Had my perfect size and fit great.

This is very poorly managed and they do a terrible job of customer service. But of course watching the managers treat their employees terribly I can understand why the customer service is so bad. Would not recommend shopping here ever

I was in the store for over 30 mins and wasn’t acknowledged. All the employees were around the dressing room giving opinions to one customer. Store was full of customers but everyone was helping the one girl.

Every time I shop here I am always welcomed by a worker! They are always willing to help me find the perfect outfit I am looking for. They do not follow me around the whole time I shop which is great. They also have the cutest clothes, shoes, and jewelry. It’s hard not to buy everything you see! I recommend to shop here!

It has been the experience of myself and many other women of color in the community that have tried to shop here, that racial profiling has been common business practice at JuJu’s. It is really sad, sorry, and unfortunate that this isn’t an isolated incident by an individual but as time progresses its clear that this is the JuJu’s culture. Sensitivity training and not followings POC around the store from start to finish would probably help.

I don’t shop boutiques often, but I went this weekend and one of the girls helped me find exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I got there she was very helpful and had a great attitude. The girl at the check out was also super sweet and made me feel welcomed. I will be shopping here more often and I definitely recommend this boutique

Today I had a great experience with the staff at the Lafayette location. My daughter is very timid and awkward. She probably spent 45 minutes trying on outfits. All of the staff were very accommodating and patient. My daughter felt very comfortable which helped ease her shopping experience. We will definitely be shopping again for future occasions. Thanks a bunch!!!!

Same clothes as a popular online store for triple the price. Couldn't return the only item I've ever bought because it was on sale and they where closing so was being nice just buying and trying on at home well the item was poorly made and too short for my body when I'm 5'3. So won't be returning back after first time in there. Sticking with online!

Just wanted to send a shoutout to some amazing workers. I ordered some boardwalk sandals on Wednesday. I honestly didn’t expect them till the following week due to this quarantine. We received the shoes the following day. My daughter was able to have something Easter morning! Thank You Juju’s
