I never had an insurance agent get back to me as quick as Mr. Langlois and staff. I have questions, I will get an answer. I don't have to have insurance policies on my cars with the company and agent and policy on my home with some little fly by night insurance company I never heard of. This was my experience with my prior insurance agent. You will not get treated like that with Mr. Langlois and staff. And am very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

James Langlois Allstate Insurance is a wonderful helpful agent and staff. I have been with Allstate for 30 someodd years and have liked all of my agents, but I must say Mr Jimmy Langlois has been so wonderful and provides excellent service. I am grateful. I highly recommend Allstate and James Langlois Allstate Insurance.

This insurance agency is complete trash!!! We called to add our Accord to our policy, which already covered our Expedition, 3 months ago. Come to find out Donna dropped the insurance on the Expedition and left us uninsured for three months!!! If you're looking for new insurance go anywhere else. It doesn't matter if this was a mistake or not. This a mistake that could have financially and physically ruined our lives!
