“I have been a member at Workout company Houma for 6 years and the staff and members have become like family! It’s a very comfortable place to workout for any age and size person. The smoothies are a great post workout/snack lunch. I love the classes, especially combat ???? keep on rocking WOCO Houma !”
“Love coming to the gym. The hours are great for my schedule. I wish, however, there were more signs about cleaning the machines after each use. It’s disrespectful that are so many gym users that refuse to do this at this particular location.”

“As an owner of a gym, I am always hard on what a gym should operate like, treat their members, and guest. Powerhouse treated us with respect, allowed us to get a water on the house and a complimentary workout. If I had lived in Houma, I would have became a member, as they truly take care of their members and guest. The lady at the front desk was polite and friendly, gym was clean, and people were all picking up and reracking. Great place”
