“Recently, my wife and I were in Houma for grand daughters wedding. We visited the Rouses on St Charles Street. We were greeted and welcomed to the store, and asked if they could help us find anything. They were helpful and very courteous. The staff are a plus for the store. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and welcomed us to the store and city and told us to have a safe trip back to Mobile.Thanks Rouses”

Fresh food, self checkout, you're in and out in a flash even right aft hurricane ida tore through us. It was the only place I know of in terrebonne parish who made sure people had a way to buy food, cold drinks, bread, fresh water, and most of all free WiFi for people who no longer had the ability to contact family and friends ?
